The Amarillo Triana marble accepts certain types of finishings, due to its softer nature. The types of finishings we most recommend are:

Polished

This is the type of finishing that most enhances the beautiful yellow colour and brown veinage of the Amarillo Triana marble. The surface is very shiny and smooth, highlighting the best of this stone.

Some common applications: flooring, kitchen countertops, fireplaces.

Honed

This type of finishing is plain and does not show any shine, in contrast with the polished one. The surface of the stone is velvety, revealing a lighter type of brown colour and less contrast.

Some common applications: exterior cladding, coverings, basins.

Bush-hammered

This type of finishing has an old/used and slightly corrugated appearance. It presents a mate and rough appearance, with a certain style. It is highly recommended for exterior flooring.

Some common applications: interior and exterior flooring, garden decoration.

Brushed

This type of finishing has a corrugated appearance, but it maintains the yellow colour. Its surface is characterized by its salience and smoothness, recommended for flooring.

Some common applications: exterior flooring, coverings, fountains.

Sand-blasted

This type of finishing gives the stone a very light yellowish colour, with very thin roughness. Its surface has a similar texture of sandpaper. It is commonly used for flooring with moderate use.

Some common applications: exterior flooring, coverings.
